Embarresed! Mark unmoved buttons will only appear in 3.1.1 if there is text associated with them (with or without an icon).
swampwallaby-3.1@5352 contains a fix for
Bug [2690874] 3.1.1: No Moved button if no text specified
I fixed bug 2687178 but failed to realize the code in question was hiding an another underlying bug and did not test thoroughly enough.
Mea Culpa!
Thus spake “Brent Easton”:
That’s rather serious. Maybe we should put out 3.1.2 right away?

Hello,
I’m using build 5326 and I cannot manage to get it to launch in english.
Whatever I try, vassal interface (be the module manager or the editor) is always in my local language (french). If I choose english in properties, it stays in french. But what is weird is that if I choose any other language, it switch to that new languages. But not english. Damn it
I can have vassal in spanish, german, or whatever language I wish but not english: it’s as if the english version was overwritten with the french one.
I installed vassal on a brand new computer with a fresh install of Windows vista or XP and got the same result.
Any idea?

Nope, it’s a bug. I’ve just reproduced it on my machine.
I will look into it,

Silly me: I’m so focused on monitoring the content of your nomic.net build folder that I did actually overlooked the fact that 3.1.2 was out
Nonetheless since it seems to be a bug, I shall wait for a new build to be generated.

Merged to 3.1@5378, trunk@5379.
I’m uploading 3.1.3-svn5379 right now, which contains this fix.
