Adding an Ignore and/or a Kick feature

I’d predict ready for public beta around February.

Awesome,

I got some people I know to research into the locked room thing and this is what I got back:

"Well, after a little experimenting I’ve discovered how Captain Wacky does his stuff. It’s all down to bad programming on the server.

Any time a status change happens anywhere (on yourself, a room, etc) the server needs to update some small piece of data, or do a tiny rollback. This causes the lock icon to flash in to a Folder icon for ~1 second. If you’re fast, you can double click it and break the lock, so to speak. The easiest to do it is to spam the “!” button until you see the flash. Another way is to create a room, then lock it, then unlock it, and you’ll see the flash.

It is also possible to synchronise with players, even if they are in another room, provided you are not in the Main Room."

Excellent! Good work. I have reproduced what you describe. Leave it with us.

Definitely easy to replicate, you can pull it off just by swapping rooms on the v40k mod, this refreshes it and its slightly slow so you can get on.

Please try 3.1.0-beta7. We’ve made some changes to both the client and server
to ensure that locked rooms really are locked and to allow the owner or a
locked room both to invite players in and kick them out.

Please let us know how this works for you and if it addresses all of the
issues you were having.
