I checked out the trunk this weekend, and discovered that the trunk would not compile due to this jar file missing.

It’s in lib-nondist, at least in the 3.1 branch. It’s a jar we need to
compile agianst, but not to distribute. It contains stubs for some Apple-
specific stuff.
I’ll look into updating the build infrastructure on the trunk this evening.

It looks to be in non-dist in the trunk. The 3.1 branch doesn’t have a dist and non-dist directories under the lib directory. Either way, thanks. I’m all set now.
