Are we all relying on honesty??

If this question has already been post I apologize in advance; is there a mechanism within the Vassal program, when playing PBEM, to prevent a player from redoing their turn if their roll did not go their way? If there is a way to redo the turn does the Vassal community view it as a problem?

Thanks

What you’re asking for is impossible without involving a trusted third
party. It can’t be done solely with VASSAL, nor can it be done solely
with any other program.

We don’t view it as a problem, generally speaking. We just expect good sportsmanship. If you have a situation you would rather not leave to trust, for whatever reason, you might use a third party dice server such as Invisible Castle. invisiblecastle.com

I would like to point out that we require honesty in all board games played over the table so it is only a reasonable request to do so over the net. If the other player cheats, honestly, it just takes away from the true fun of the game and this person will most likely find soon that alot of people do not want to play with him.
