How can I get all decks of my module shuffled automatically at the start of a game? ---

Depends a bit on exactly what deck behavior you want. The simplest to do is to just set the deck property “Re-shuffle” to “Always”. That gives you a random draw from the deck. This will work for you as long as you don’t care about the order of cards at all. If you need to return cards that stay in order at the top of bottom of the deck, then it will be more complicated.
