Good evening,
The Calculated Property value is not displayed in the pawn selection window, it only becomes active once the piece is placed on the game board.
Is this normal behavior?

Since about Vassal v3.3 Calculated Properties don’t calculate for pieces in a palette.
You might consider using a Dynamic Property or putting a calculation in the text field of a Text Label trait and retrieving the value from the text label’s Property.
