Can/Should I make a module placeholder page?

I’m working on a module for Province and I’m not sure when I’m going to release it as Laboratory just released their iOS app recently. Would it be cool to host a page for it with like pictures and a description until I’m ready to ask them again? Or should I just wait until it’s ready and I want to put it up before created the page.

I think it’s best to make the page when the module is ready. That way,
we don’t end up with many pages for modules which don’t exist.
