Can´t save games or start logfiles

Hi there,

since yesterday i have problems to use vassal(newest version).
It starts with a black screen when i try to start vassal and now i can start and use vassal but it closed when I want to save a game or start a logfile.

This is conclusive proof that the problem is not with VASSAL, because
by definition, a Java program cannot cause a correctly implemented JVM
to crash.

The first thing you should try doing is upgrading to a newer version of
Java. That might solve your problem.

When you say that the problem is still there, do you mean that you’re
getting the same crash as before?

Have you checked whether your video drivers are current? whether there
are any Windows updates you haven’t applied?
