Is there a way to swap out the generic Vassal splash screen? I just HATE the one that appears now. It’s butt ugly.
I tried (years ago) to create a more modern one, but can’t figure out how to “install” it in the application. (I later learned that you can replace the splash screen for any given module via the editor, but what I’m wanting to do is to replace what appears if the module creator doesn’t create a game-specific splash.
I thought the one attached here would look much better, as it has the current logo and reflects the branding, for want of a better word.
Maybe this could find its way into the next update?
