Cannot download Vassal 3.3.2

Sorry I know this sounds weird but I am unable to download vassal from sourceforge for reasons unknown…

It keeps generating files like

Unconfirmed 644590.crdownload

with the number changing each time for reasons I cannot fathom.

Note I have Vassal 3.2.17 already installed on this computer

Model: ASUS
OS: Windows 8.1 with Bing
CPU: Intel(R) Atom™ Z3735F 2.20GHz
Memory: 2GB
Video: Intel(R) HD Graphics
VASSAL: 3.3.2
Java: Version 8 Update 261
Module: N/A

SourceForge isn’t our official download site anymore. Where did you see
a link to SourceForge for 3.3.2?

Thanks guys figured out the solution cannot download *.exe in in using MS edge worked with IE instead.
