I am running Windows 64 bit and it won’t allow me to download Vassal 3.3.27 to install. A message comes up saying it is unsafe. Anyone else having this issue and if so how do I resolve it?

Click ‘Dismiss’ or ‘run anyway’ or such, then it will install.
