“Import module” is the wrong menu item. It’s for importing non-VASSAL
modules. You want “Open”.
“Import Module” is mislabeled…it’s for importing Aide de Camp modules
into Vassal.
It’s not mislabeled. For ages, across many apps, “Import” has meant
“open and convert a foreign file format”. It seems that users these
days are not aware of this. Nonetheless…
Fair enough. “Misplaced” then. I believe this menu item should be on the Tools menu, and the label should be “Import Aide de Camp Module.” Evidently its purpose is not clear where it is, and with its current label.
