Colour issue with Formula De

I think this issue first arrived with Vassal 3.2.4, but I didn’t worry about it because it only appeared in the opening window of FormulaDe-2.1.vmod (English). The two tracks included with the module both loaded with the right colours. However, today I downloaded the extra Formula D tracks that can be obtained using the Help menu in the module. These tracks appear in the wierd colour scheme shown in the attachment. Playable in a pinch… but it would be nice to have the right colours. I am using Windows 7 Pro with the latest version of Java (installed today). Suggestions? Thanks, Derek

Close the module. Clear your tile cache (Tools > Clear Tile Cache in
the Module Manager). Reopen the module.

Is there still a problem after that?

Thank you very much for your quick response. I tried your suggestion… but it made no difference. The Formula De module appears to have been made using version 3.2.2. I tried some other modules (C&C: Napoleonics and Mr. Madison’s War) made with this Vassal version… and they work fine… so it seems these issues are unique to the Fomula De module and the extension files. Best wishes, Derek

The verison of VASSAL with which the module was made is not relevant
for this problem, only the version of VASSAL which was used to populate
the tile cache is relevant.

The problem you’re seeing was corrected for some images in 3.2.4, but
not all. Formula De apparenly has some of the images which escape the
fix in 3.2.4.

Clear your tile cache again and try the 3.2.5-snv8648 dev build:

vassalengine.sourceforge.net/builds/

It has an additional fix which might catch the images in Formula De.

Thank you very much. I downloaded the 3.2.5 dev build and that solved the problem. Now I just need to find a time when all of my drivers are available… across several time zones… and you can’t help me with that! Derek
