I am unable to select an island group tile after it is placed on the map therefore I am unable to add villages, etc. Is this a known issue with Vassal 3.16.15 and CoP 1.4.2? Or. am I doing something wrong? ---

You have to hold down the `Shift` key to make the tiles selectable, then you can get at their right-click context menu. This is a configuration option when using the [Does Not Stack trait](https://vassalengine.org/doc/latest/ReferenceManual/NonStacking.html), and if left undocumented in the module, users frequently get stymied.
