Counters could not be refreshed - Not owned

Hi!

I am upgrading a module and counters refresh just fine in free setup. However, when I load a predefined setup and attempt to refresh the counters, I get this error message:

I checked the error log but cannot find more details.

How can I find the 16 (out of 800) counters and how could I fix the issue once I do?

Resolved. Sorry for bothering everyone.

The counters that cannot be refreshed are restricted pieces owned by the “other” side. If I retire and join the other side, I can refresh them.

The real issue is that whoever made the setup did not retire from the “solo”/moderator side, so making updates requires switching between the other sides.
