I have a game with a D6 with custom faces: each face with a different image. Is there a way to add a toolbar button similar to standard D6, but with custom results instead of 1-6? TIA.

Yep–you want Symbolic Dice to accomplish this.

Yes, the symbolic dice component. You can specify an image for each die face.
