Custom hex reporting

Hey guys,

I’m making a hex-based board game, and I was wondering if there’s a way to report what terrain (ie grass, snow, etc.) the piece moves on, instead of reporting something like C3 or D8. There are also different board setups, so the simplest way would obviously be preferred.

Just discovered the magic of a multi-zone grid. However, I want the pieces to continue to snap to hexes, while also reporting in a custom fashion, and I’m having problems implementing this.

Above issue was fixed by altering the order of the hex grid and zones.

I originally wanted to have it default to naming as per the hex grid, but I ended up specifying a large zone with the lowest priority instead. I feel a bit foolish for starting this thread, heh.
