Disabling Property ignored in buttons nested more that 1 deep within a Toolbar Menu structure

Tested on latest Vassal build and observed for Toolbar Menu, GKC and Action Buttons - disabling property working on all these elements until they are moved into a Toolbar Menu that is itself sitting in a Toolbar Menu.

e.g. the items in this sub-menu can’t be disabled:

The workaround is to raise the items into the top level Toolbar Menu, which is unsatisfactory.

I see this is still an issue in 3.6.7. Disabling a toolbar button with a global property = “true” does not work if the toolbar button is nested inside another toolbar button.
