edited Russ front extended maps. how do I upload?

I have edited the extended maps version to include the missing counters
for the 1944 scenario
(only put one volksturm counter but you can just keep pulling copies from the pieces menu, put the extra counters on the relevant OB charts to prompt you when they are due)
how do I upload it and do I put an announcment in the main boards and where?

You need to contact the module designer for the Russian Front module to
get added to the list of designers for the module. Then you’ll be able
to upload it.
