Error Message when installing VASSAL

Hello. I am trying to use VASSAL and got the following message during install:
Error opening file for writing:
C;Program Files\VASSAL-3.5.8\jre\bin\msvcp140.dll

Please advise on how to correct.

You either have some antivirus or anti-malware program blocking Vassal’s installer from writing that file (likely), or you’ve managed to start the installer without permission to write to that directory (less likely).
