Fighting formations - Draw asset button

Hi.
Don’t know if this is a known problem, but the “Draw asset”-button in the player hands is not working correct. It gives out the message, that the player has drawn an asset, but it does not send an asset card from the draw pile to the player hand. If I draw a card manually that it shows the card name in the message box, which makes it impossible to keep the cards in our hand secret.
Could this be a country problem? I’m german and my computer uses german layouts. Played with a italian guy yesterday and he had the same problem.

I have contacted Joel Toppen direct and he says that it is a know problem with VASSAL 3.1.18. It should work in 3.1.17.
