Finding Bad Data in Module: Image Not Found

Howdy,

Since these ID numbers do Not match the file numbers, I don’t know how to find which files it is that the module cannot recognize.
My question then is, “How do I figure out which files these represent”?

Thanks Much,

These look like tile Id’s. Try clearing your Tile cache and trying again.

Howdy,

Seems there is some kind of glitch. I began building this module using 3.2.17. Half way through I began to feel a bit more comfortable using 3.4.8. So last night I opened the module using 3.4.8 and converted the module to the newer Vassal. That was when these errors showed up. I went through each counter and found several of them no longer showed up. I tried reloading them, but that didn’t work. I had to convert the missing counters from png to jpg and loaded the new jpg versions. That seemed to fix the problem.

But don’t know why the opening of a module built originally in 3.2.17 and saving it using 3.4.8 would cause some of the counter files to no longer read. It’s an odd glitch.

Thanks,
Tom

Did you clear your tile cache?

I’ve added Bug 14185 to our tracker and pushed a change which clarifies the error message. That will appear in 3.5.4.

Yes, cache cleared. Oh, by the way, I was in error, it wasn’t 3.4.8, I’m using 3.4.12.

Didn’t realize there was a 3.5. Will have to update to that soon as I complete a few modules I’m building. I think I’ve learned my lesson about switching horses in mid-stream.
