Fix for turrets losing alignment with vehicle when turning?

Hello,

As the title states I’m creating a module that has vehicles with turrets and the problem is that both when I rotate the vehicle itself or rotate only the turret, the turret loses alignment with its vehicle (ie the turret is off center of the vehicle and looks like it would be hanging off the side or altogether floating in the air beside it). I do have “snap to grid” turned off. (I actually don’t have the grid feature turned on at all since my map image has a hex grid already on it).

Additionally, does anyone know of a module that has already solved this problem?

Are you centering the counter? When if turns does it appear to rotate via the edge of the counter?

Well, I have snap to grid off but there’s some issue with image alignment. Without the turret rotated, in some spots on the map the turret lines up perfectly with the vehicle but in other spots it doesn’t. One thing I tried is re-sizing the turret image so it’s the same size as it’s corresponding vehicle (ie I enlarged the “canvas” size of the turret image). This works well so long as the turret isn’t rotated but if you do rotate the turret it still goes out of alignment. It solves half the problem anyway.
