FYI - This Might Be Important

I’m sure I’m not in the right place but I thought you would want to know.

About an hour ago (7:00 P.M. now) I was unable to log in. I tried other pages and they started showing problems. I checked a number of other sites - NO PROBLEMS. I logged off and shut down my PC.

When I powered back up, I navigated to Vassal. Something funny seems to be going on. The text on a number of pages on your site seem to be scrambled and unreadable.

Just thought I should let you know.

We’re aware of this. It’s due to having upgraded from MediaWiki 1.21
to 1.23 last night. I’m working on determining how to fix it now.

J.

I’ve made some progress on fixing the wiki. It renders properly once again—apparently the .deps.php files which used to be part of skins went from being unnecessary to harmful between MediaWiki 1.21 and 1.23.

There’s still a problem with the wiki recognizing that users are logged in. I’ll work on that next.

I believe everything is fixed now.
