Presently, the game data is independent by project.

Also, I’m not sure how you will handle different editions of a game implemented (e.g., the five editions of The Russian Campaign - will they be five different packages with in the same project, or will they be five different projects?

My thought is that it depends on what the maintainers of the projects decide to do.
