Having difficulty with calculations

I have a game piece that asks for the player to input a value initially, then as the game goes on, that value is manipulated by other piece values and layers in the same zone and displayed back on the piece. The zone has a global property and the pieces affecting the property are using Dynamic to adjust the value. The pieces that adjust the value lie in more than one zone. I think I’m missing something simple but can seem to find the error.

What I’m trying to do is avoid the necessity of creating over 100 additional pieces and 2 dozen or more global properties that basically are all identical.
