HELP! Can no longer access counters in VASL

I upgraded my VASL installation about 30 mins ago, and now I can’t find the counters. The tab for counters is there, but when I click on it, nothing happens. I’ve uninstalled both VASSAL and VASL, reinstalled them, and I’ve even tried different (including the older version that I was using) and I still have this problem. I’m completely stymied, so if anyone here can shed some light on this, I’d be very grateful!

Maybe some bad value is being stored in your preferences. Seems especially likely if this is happening even with older versions. Delete (or rename) the ‘Preferences’ file in the ‘VASSAL’ folder of your home directory and see if that helps.
