Help with creating a module.

I can give you some real time instruction and advice through Skype, if you like. Probably clear up a few questions and get you moving in the right direction. PM or E-mail me and we can set up a time …or just skype me in I’m online.

I don’t think anyone has worked on the tutorial in a long time. So
the images are quite old.

Ok what I’ve done is made a copy of the game board to use as a seutp area (where you choose which action cards will be used in the game) There are 20 spaces on the board how do I change it to add a extra row to give me 25 spaces?

Ok I have the basic framework for the game up. is there any way to move entire decks of cards from one section to another? Also how does one shuffle cards? Here is the latest version of the module.

Shuffling options are found in the Deck dialog properties - right click the
deck name and select properties, it is the re-shuffle option - 3 choices :
always, never, by right click command

How do you mean to mover the deck? Reposition permanently in module or sen d
to a location while playing? Again both these options are in the deck
properties - Reposition Stack to set the deck location option and Include
command to send deck to another deck option

Basically I need to move a deck from the setup window to the play window.

Right click the deck - select cut.
Goto the map window you want to place the deck, right click - paste…

Not in the editor I need to be able to move it during gameplay

See the previous msg. The option is in deck properties to send it to another
deck via right click

I’m a little confused on how that works. The checkmark box brings up some other fields and I’m not sure what to put there.

Can anyone give me suggestions on what I should put in the module. I have all the cards in and such (i believe the game would be playable if clunky right now) but I know I can streamline it alot.

I think a good principle is to keep the module simple.

There is often a tendency to automate lots of game mechanics, but that
should be done sparingly. By keeping things simple and largely
manual, it makes it easier for new players to use the module, and most
importantly, it makes it easier to undo mistakes.
