Just a quick question about Diplomacy… How do i build units? 
help anyone?
Start Vassal
Right click Diplomacy - select “Edit Module”
In Editor:
Double left click “Diplo Counter Palette” entry
Uncheck “Hidden” checkbox
Select Ok
Goto File > Save
Goto File > Quit
Close Vassal
Restart and Load Diplomacy normally - new option available on toolbar for
counters called “Power Counters” where all the pieces are
