Recently I have started adding the hotkey for an item (send to location, trigger command, change global property, etc) in the description of an item. That way when I am trying to debug or review a list of actions for a piece it is easier for me to do so because I can see what key command launches them in their description. It also helps me catch duplicate keys. Hopefully this helps idea someone else out.
