Horizontal scroll and zoom via mouse wheel + key

I’ve searched through the forums and I’ve not seen this request. For an app like Vassal that implies a lot of scrolling and zooming it would be really awesome to implement such operations via mouse wheel plus one key. For example, say Shift+Mouse wheel to scroll horizontally and Ctrl+Mouse Wheel to zoom in and out. This would be a great improvement in usability IMHO.

This is already planned for VASSAL 4.

I’m using shift mouse wheel to horizontal scroll now. Don’t think I did anything special to be able to do that
