How to do different colours as border outline with the same shortcut

Howdy folks,
i want to press a shortcut and have one colour border outline and when i press it again a different colour. I couldn’t get it working.

I found the solution.
Create 2 border outlines & 2 matching dynamic properties.
Set the 1st border outline on always on.
Set the 2nd border outline on AND with the 1st.
Set the 1st dynamic property on 0 with max 2 and increments of +1 for the shortcut.
Set the 2nd dynamic property on 2 with max 2 and increments of +1 for the shortcut.

There is probably a more elegant solution, but it works…
