I’m newbie with Vassal and would like to find a group of friends to play 
Imperial Struggle online or PBEM (never tried before). I’m at 
UTC+1 now until last october weekend (UTC+0).

Definitely PBEM with Vassal log exchange. My online gaming time tends to be unpredictable and limited but I almost get to one move a day. Are you on Discord? If so, we can connect there, else email address exchange needed.
