Is there a way to add Mouseover options to a MAT piece?

I didn’t find a way to activate mouseover on play mat.

is there a way?

By ‘play mat’ do you mean a piece with the Mat trait?

What do you hope to see when you mouse over a Mat? Just the Mat or also the Cargo?

A Mat is just a normal piece, so any of the standard options should work.

Mats are automatically Non-stacking, so make sure you tick the ‘Include Non-stacking pieces’ option.

However, the Cargo of a Mat is not ‘stacked’ on it, so you won’t necessarily see them in the mouse-over unless you specifically hover over the Cargo.
