Just a quick question about map size

I’m thinking of making a module based on the Europa Series (The Far East, Fall of France, Case White, etc.). Is there a maximum to the map image size that Vassal can take? I’m looking at around a minimum of 15-20MG for the map alone. How big do I have to set my heap for such a large map?

The file size of the map is irrelevat for VASSAL. What matters is the
pixel dimensions of the map. A fully-loaded map will use 4wh, where w
and h are the width and height of the map image in pixels.
