Not that I’m aware of. I started one some time ago just so I could play
solitaire, but I didn’t get far with it. If you go to www.boardgamegeek.com
and go to the Le Havre entry, you can download a java client just for Le
Havre. It lets you play solo or online via a network connection. It handles
all the rules and maintenance for you as well. It’s well supported and was
done in conjunction with the game’s designer.
