Locked Out of Kingmaker Game!?!?!

Hi Guys

For some reason, my login was reset and I couldn’t login with what I thought was
my account, so I’m not sure how to get back into the game???

Here’s what I now get opening ANY of the vlog files …

… so I’ve no idea how to rectify this? Can anyone help???
