How do i load a scenario for M44. I downloaded the module and Eastern Front scenrios and placed them in a folder. Can’t figure how to load the scenarios?

In the VASSAL Module Manager, right-click on the Memoir '44 module, and choose Add Extension…, choose the Eastern Front .vmdx file.
When you launched the module, do not use the New Game Wizard. If it opened, click Cancel to close it. From the File menu choose Choose Scenario…
To prevent the Wizard from opening in future, open the Preferences of the Memoir '44 Module, and uncheck the “Show Wizard at startup?” checkbox under the General tab.
