I am having some trouble installing Vassal manually on Vista so that I can use it offline. Is there a proper set of instructions that I need to do that? I searched and didn’t find anything, so I’m missing something I am sure. Sorry. Thank you for the assistance.

I would recommend using the current 3.1.0 beta, which is 3.1.0-beta5 right
now. The Windows version has it’s own installer, which should help you
avoid the problem you’re having.
