mark as move problem

I’m trying to update a module someone else made. Still learning some things with editing modules. I want to add “marked when moved”. The counter now has the right click option, but the moved image only appears using the menu. When I move the counter, the moved image is gone. The problem is probably just in the order.

Prototype piece “FRENCH” :
layer 1
layer 2
Mark When Moved
Send to location
Marker - Units = Units

The piece has :
Basic piece
Layer
Prototype - FRENCH
Send to location
Marker
Restrict command

What is wrong here?

Figured it out. I was missing the option in the main map properties.
