Just a word to say that when you start a new module creation, the chat line is always masked with 3.0.17 Vassal Version.
You have to scroll down a little with the mouse to make it appears when it is selected…
To see it … just open a module in “Play” mode only, not “edition” mode (which does not mask the chat line !!!)
The problem is when you diffuse modules to new Vassal users … they can miss this “little” chat option … 
Is there a way to change this ???
