[Module Design] Shared dynamic Property between multiply gam

Agreed this could be done with calculated properties but formulas may be getting.convoluted based on complexity

Very, very difficult (if not impossible) to do using standard Vassal
functionality. The only way to do this would be via custom coded Java
traits.
