> A scenario batch uploads to the library in one command; a scenario can be given another game's maps from the Tools menu; the window has a light and a dark theme; saved games in VASSAL 3.8's new obf...

The most significant changes are:

- New features on the menu to swap maps between games – effectively allows you to take the maps from vsav A and swap them into vsav B. This is how we created multiple scenarios for WiF with different maps – populate the counters into the force pools for map option A, create a new empty scenario with map option B and combine the counters from A with the maps from B to give a new scenario C.
- New command line utility to bulk upload scenarios to the module library.
- Support for the new vsav compression feature introduced in Vassal 3.8.0.
- Introduced a theme engine with dark/light/system themes (FlatLaf).
- Able to report on and fix global properties within a saved game.
- Various bug fixes.
