Modulle Tutorials: interface moves?

I’ve been looking into perhaps creating a short tutorial for a module I’m working on to explain a few features.

From what I can glean, module tutorials are simply .vsav files one can annotate with text buffer comments.

Question: do tutorials capture the opening/closing of verious map windows, displays, etc.? In game situations, I’ve always had to control my own displays, and my opponent had to do the same. Is there anything different in a tutorial? Or would the author have to perhaps enter directions in the text buffer to open a display or a window before demonstrating certain actions?

No, opening and closing of windows aren’t captured. You’d need to
leave notes to tell the user to do that. This is because tutorials
are really just saved games, not UI scripting.
