I am new to Vassal and new to PBEM. I wanted to explore the app using a simple game that I am familiar with, like Risk.
I am willing to agree to simplification rules like random country assignment, always defending with 2 armies so that the attacker can calculate the entire battle (assuming Vassal can handle that), and even a mission based game (even though I prefer domination).
I can do a “live” PBEM game after 9 EST, if that is preferred.
FYI: I am exploring Vassal because I want to play TI3, but don’t want to learn the application with a game that complicated.
