New to Vassal

Hello all,
I am new to vassal and I am hoping to learn how to use if from some of you! I currently have the following games that I can play on vassal:
Columbia’s Richard III
OSG’s Seven days in 1809.

I am hoping to learn how to use vassal and become more active with board gaming on-line.

If the mods have Referee as a play option I would chose that so you can play both side and learn the ins and outs of the game.
