I am looking for someone to play a basic wargame by e-mail as a way to learn how to play wargames. A patient veteran that can teach me the basics would be ideal. I am a pc gamer who likes RPG, RTS, TBS, and some action games and I have been fascinated by the idea of playing a tabletop wargame for some time now. However, my experience with tabletop strategy is limited to a few games of Risk and the futuristic sequel to Risk. I do lean toward medievel themes but would really like to try Battletech.
