NO border for selected piece/s?

In the “why on earth would you want to do THAT?” category:

Can one specify a transparent border for selected pieces on a map? So that you basically can’t tell that they’ve been selected?

Why on earth would you want to do THAT?

Sorry, it begged the question.

Because you may be using ‘Addtional Selection Highlighters’ to provide different highlights for counters in different states and need to turn off the default highlighter so that it does not interfere

Okay, I guess that is a good reason, although it’s not the reason I’m interested in doing this. The original question is still unanswered though, namely, HOW do I do this?

In Version 3.1 and onwards, in the map component, change the ‘Border thickness for selected counters’ to 0. This does not work in 3.0.x and earlier.
