One question. I,m designing a card module. The players can build decks to play(sort of CCGs). Is there any way to do both players can start with a built deck?

It’s possible … look at the Elfball Module … the save / download team allows to build a team (a deck in your case) and to load it before playing …
It’s also time to create a Vassal Spanish community
