Preventing snapping to a position

I have certain cards from my game placed as At Start stacks on player-specific map boards. I want to allow players to manipulate these cards so that they can lie on top of each other but without conforming exactly to the location of the underlying card. How do I achieve this? The at start stacks have specified locations when they are set up, so that none overlap any others but this does not need preserving once the players access them.

Placing a Does Not Stack trait in the cards (or in the card’s Prototype) and checking the “Ignore Map Grid When Moving” should do it.

Or Disable Stacking at map level.
